BUFFET MENUS: Minimum Numbers 15  

 

Chef Surcharge ($200) for less than 20  
CANAPE MENUS: Minimum Numbers 20  

 

Chef Surcharge ($200) for less than 25  
  • Special arrangements can be made for smaller numbers. Additional charges apply for wait staff: $210 per staff member for a minimum 4 hour cruise.  These rates include our administrative and booking fees, workers compensation, superannuation and GST. 

  • Surcharges apply on public holidays. 

  • Final minimum numbers are required no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the charter. After this, any reduction in numbers or cancellations are charged at full rates.  Numbers may increase. 

  • Invoices will be made out as to the final confirmed numbers or the number aboard, whicever is greater.
